On Friday September 25th, four members of the Oconto Falls Public Library staff went to the NFLS sponsored wokshop "Dealing With Change". The speakers are the nationally known team of Joan Frye-Williams and George Needham. We all must deal with change wether we want to or not. How you and your staff deal with it is the question. As libraries we must recognize that the world is changing around us. We either change with it or become replaced. The workshop dealt with writing an Action Plan, the desired outcome and who will assist. I feel that this workshop was very benifical to our library and expect change in the future.
