The weather was great August 25th to the 28th for the Oconto County Fair. Again, this year the six Oconto County Libraries participated at the fair with a booth. It is fun to get out and hear from various people from all areas of the county on how much they appreciate their libraries. We also heard from visitors to our county and about their libraries back home.When we weren't at the booth, we were checking out the beautiful handmade quilts next door, the cake judging and tasting, and who cannot stop in to see the chickens, goats, sheep, pigs (maybe not the pigs), and cows. Fairs and Libraries-a great combination!
